New Big Sister

This the new big sister. Adelyn was not thrilled about the arrival of a new baby at first but she is now getting used to this 'sweet baby sister'.

Nanna and Gramps

This is Nanna and Gramps (Derik's Parents). Holding Aliya who is the sixth grandchild. Derik's mom was an awsome help to me the weeks after Aliya was born, she came and helped me keep up the house.

Aunt Lea

This is 'Aunt Lea' she is my next door neighbor, one of my best friends, and Derik said Aliya's other mom. Lea Ann keeps me sain by holding Aliya in the evenings to give me a break.

Getting the hospital bags ready

This is me the mornign that we went into the hospital for our c-section. Derik was camera happy~!

Our new addition

Aliya was born on June 28, 2007 at 12:02pm.
She was 7lbs even and 20 inches long.
She came out with a beautiful head of light brown hair.
